Disperse Permanent Yellow HR – P.Y.83 using high-performance milling equipment such as high-shear mixers, bead mills, or triple-roll mills to ensure uniform particle distribution and maximum color strength. Incorporate compatible dispersing agents tailored to the base medium to enhance long-term dispersion stability. Pigment loading typically ranges from 1–8%, depending on the desired color intensity and application system.

Store Permanent Yellow HR – P.Y.83 in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain product quality. During handling, use personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves, and safety goggles, to minimize exposure to fine dust.
