1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
Fast Yellow 3RL – P.Y.110 is widely used in printing inks, coatings, engineering plastics, and textiles. It excels in high-quality ink formulations, heat-resistant coatings, masterbatch plastics, and textile applications requiring stable, vibrant yellow-orange tones with resistance to washing, solvents, and light.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Disperse P.Y.110 using bead mills, high-shear mixers, or triple-roll mills for optimal fineness and uniform particle distribution. Use compatible dispersing agents in ink, resin, or coating systems to enhance color performance and dispersion stability. Loading: 1–7%, depending on the base medium and color objectives.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight and high humidity. Wear PPE (masks, goggles, gloves) during handling to minimize dust exposure. P.Y.110 offers ≥280°C heat resistance, robust resistance to acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and mechanical stress, ensuring reliable color performance in demanding processing and real-world conditions.
