1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
Permanent Yellow 2GS – P.Y.14 is ideal for offset printing inks, water-based inks, and PVC resin colorants. Its bright, vivid yellow hue and good dispersibility make it a preferred choice for packaging, commercial print products, and technical plastics with short- to medium-term use cycles, ensuring consistent color stability and clarity.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Disperse P.Y.14 using high-shear mixers, bead mills, or triple-roll mills to achieve uniform color and stability in ink or resin systems. Pair with compatible dispersing agents for water-based inks or PVC to optimize dispersion and opacity. Loading: 1–10%, adjusted based on color intensity and formulation needs.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Wear PPE (masks, goggles, gloves) during handling to avoid dust exposure. P.Y.14 offers moderate lightfastness, 180°C thermal stability, and resistance to basic chemical agents, suitable for standard operating conditions.
