1. PRODUCTS APPLICATIONS
Fast Yellow 2RP – P.Y.191 is widely used in plastics (especially HDPE and heat-resistant polymers), technical rubber, printing inks, industrial coatings, and stationery. Its high color durability, chemical resistance, and stability in high-temperature processing or outdoor conditions suit formulations needing consistent, vibrant yellow hues.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Disperse using high-shear mixers, bead mills, or triple-roll mills for uniform color and optimal opacity. Select compatible dispersing agents for resin or coating systems to enhance dispersion and prevent agglomeration. Loading: 1–5%, based on color requirements and substrate.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from sunlight and moisture. Avoid mixing with strong oxidizers without compatibility testing. Use PPE (masks, goggles, gloves) during handling to minimize dust exposure. With excellent heat and chemical resistance, P.Y.191 is suited for high-performance applications requiring long-term color stability.
