1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
Fast Yellow G – P.Y.1 is widely used in water-based decorative coatings, industrial coatings, powder coatings, and water-based printing inks. Its vibrant yellow hue, excellent weather resistance, and resistance to bleeding or migration in polymer matrices make it ideal for formulations needing high surface color stability and strong lightfastness.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Disperse P.Y.1 using bead mills, high-shear mixers, or triple-roll mills for uniform particle distribution and optimal color strength. Pair with compatible dispersing agents in ink, resin, or coating systems to enhance color performance and dispersion stability. Loading: 1–10%, depending on the base medium and color objectives.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Wear PPE (masks, goggles, gloves) during handling to avoid dust exposure. With good lightfastness, thermal stability up to 180°C, and resistance to acids, alkalis, alcohols, and basic solvents, P.Y.1 ensures reliable color performance in harsh conditions.
