1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
SmartWhite™ is ideal for commercial and export-oriented rice mills, especially those processing rice varieties that demand high whiteness—such as fragrant rice, long-grain rice, and glossy glutinous rice. It is commonly integrated into de-branning and whitening lines for premium domestic markets or rice exports to South Korea, the Middle East, and Asia.
2. KEY FEATURES
SmartWhite™ DRWD is designed for deep whitening while maintaining a high whole-kernel yield, thanks to its optimized rotor and abrasive configuration. The whitening chamber includes a dual-end airflow system that efficiently removes bran and stabilizes internal temperature during operation. A reversible feed screw enhances component longevity and minimizes clogging risks during loading.
The machine features a user-friendly control interface that allows easy adjustment of whitening pressure to suit various rice types—even with basic technical staff. All screens and abrasive wheels are designed for quick removal, making cleaning, maintenance, and part replacement fast and simple.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
Operate the machine with rice moisture content between 13–14% for best results. Do not feed rice with large impurities or localized moisture clusters, as these may cause clogging and uneven flow. Adjust the pressure plate based on grain type to avoid uneven whitening or over-processing. Periodically inspect the grinding stone, feed screw, and suction airflow system to maintain stable performance.
