1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
Fast Red F3RK – P.R.170 is ideal for industrial coatings, coil coatings, powder coatings, polyurethane (PU) systems, and textile printing. It is also widely used in water-based decorative coatings, water-based and offset printing inks. Its exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and light makes it a preferred choice for coating and ink systems requiring long-term color stability under demanding conditions.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
For optimal dispersion, employ high-shear mixing equipment or bead mills. Select appropriate dispersing agents based on the resin system (e.g., PU, epoxy, acrylic, nitrocellulose) to enhance stability and coverage. Pigment loading typically ranges from 1–10%, depending on the base medium and desired color intensity.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and high humidity. During handling, use protective equipment such as masks, gloves, and safety goggles to avoid inhaling fine dust. Avoid use in resin systems requiring processing temperatures above 180°C without prior compatibility testing.
