    Pigment Fast Green G – P.G.7 is an organic pigment from the Phthalocyanine group, characterized by a pure yellowish-green hue. This product offers high color strength, excellent brightness, and long-lasting color stability. It has a lightfastness rating of 7/8, heat resistance up to 250°C, and is suitable for applications requiring high weather and light durability. The pigment has a fine particle size of less than 5 microns, ensuring easy dispersion in both water-based and solvent-based systems. Its oil absorption ranges from 40–50 ml/100g, and it exhibits excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, alcohol, esters, and solvents, all rated at 5/5.     1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS 

    P.G.7 is a distinguished organic pigment with a deep, vibrant green color, excellent lightfastness, and superior chemical and thermal resistance. It is widely used in industrial coatings, decorative paints, offset inks, and water-based inks. Additionally, P.G.7 is employed to color PVC and thermoplastic polymers such as polyolefin and polystyrene, providing long-lasting, fade-resistant colors under exposure to light and harsh environmental conditions.

    2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

    Disperse using a basket mill or high-speed mixing equipment. For water-based systems, adjust the pH to 6.5–7.5 to optimize dispersion. Use compatible anionic or non-ionic dispersants suited to the resin system.

    3. TECHNICAL NOTES

    Avoid using in systems requiring a bluish-green shade. Test compatibility before use in long-term outdoor applications. Store in a sealed container, avoiding direct exposure to moist air to maintain quality.
