Stabilizer 8011J is a calcium–zinc-based additive developed from calcium stearate and zinc stearate, with a metal oxide content of 32.2%±2.0 and zinc content around 2.6%±0.5. Designed with a balanced internal and external lubrication profile, it ensures long-term thermal stability and resistance to weathering or high-temperature processing. With low volatility (≤ 4.0%), the product delivers consistent performance in both extrusion and injection molding applications. VC-8011J meets international safety standards, is free from heavy metals, and is certified under ROHS and REACH. 1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
8011J is specially designed for PVC injection molding applications where high thermal stability and surface processing quality are required. It is suitable for various rigid PVC products such as plastic pipes, molded fittings, pressed sheets, or precision-engineered parts. Additionally, thanks to its resistance to aging and thermal degradation, 8011J helps extend product life and maintain surface appearance.
2. TECHNICAL NOTES
When using 8011J, adjust the dosage based on the PVC formulation, typically between 3–6 phr depending on the system and application goals. Ensure thorough blending before thermal processing to achieve optimal stabilization performance. Avoid combining with strong acidic substances or lead-based stabilizers to maintain compatibility and maximize additive efficiency.
Store the product in sealed packaging, in a dry area, with temperature not exceeding 35°C. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight, which may alter surface properties and affect stabilization performance. If the bag is not fully used, reseal it immediately and note the usage date for batch quality control.
