1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
Fast Red BBC – P.R.48:2 is suitable for indoor industrial coatings, metal or plastic coatings where high weather resistance is not critical. Its warm red shade, color consistency, and solvent resistance make it a cost-effective choice for systems requiring a standard red hue, reliable adhesion, and moderate thermal stability.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Disperse the pigment using bead mills, triple-roll mills, or high-shear mixing systems, depending on the formulation and fineness requirements. In aqueous or solvent-based systems, incorporate compatible dispersing agents to prevent pigment sedimentation or agglomeration. Typical loading ranges from 1–10%, adjusted based on technical requirements and desired color intensity.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
Store Fast Red BBC – P.R.48:2 in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from moisture and direct sunlight to maintain particle fineness and color stability. During handling, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, and safety goggles, to avoid inhalation of fine dust. The pigment supports thermal stability up to 180°C and good water resistance but is not recommended for long-term outdoor applications or systems requiring exceptional lightfastness.
