1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
R-987 is an optimal choice for paint and coating formulations due to its strong opacity, lasting whiteness, and stable dispersion. It is widely used in both industrial and architectural coatings to provide a bright, color-retentive base that enhances adhesion and surface gloss.
In the printing ink industry, R987 improves sharpness and brightness, making it particularly suitable for high-quality ink systems. The product is also used in color pastes and colored plastic sheets, where its excellent dispersibility helps enhance color smoothness and optimize production costs.
2. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
R-987 should be dispersed using high-speed mixing systems to achieve maximum dispersion efficiency. Use the recommended dosage and add dispersing agents if necessary to prevent agglomeration, improve opacity, and maintain whiteness in the final product. R987 is compatible with both water-based and solvent-based systems, helping to stabilize color and extend product lifespan.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
R-987 should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area, protected from moisture to maintain long-term quality. When handling, wear gloves, safety goggles, and protective shoes to avoid direct exposure to TiO₂ dust. In case of eye or skin contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water. The product is available in 25 kg bags or bulk packaging of 500 kg / 1000 kg. Customized packaging options are available upon request.
