Description

Bühler’s Rubber Rolls are manufactured to European standards and specifically designed for high-performance dehusking machines such as DRHE and other industrial-scale paddy huskers. These rollers feature ideal elasticity and surface grip, generating stable pressure during dehusking without cracking or scratching the grain. The roller surface is highly resistant to abrasion, does not crack under stress, and leaves no black rubber residue in the processing chamber. It plays a crucial role in the initial husk-removal stage of the rice milling line. This is one of the key products distributed by Vichem – Bühler’s official distributor in Vietnam.

1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS

These rubber rolls are used in commercial rice mills, export facilities, and specialized husking workshops for processing fragrant rice, glutinous rice, Japonica, and other high-value rice varieties. They are compatible with Bühler husking machines and interchangeable with many equivalent models available on the market. Easy to install – requires minimal adjustment during replacement.

2. KEY FEATURES

Manufactured from premium-grade rubber, the rollers maintain consistent elasticity and compression force throughout operation. The surface delivers exceptional wear resistance, producing minimal rubber dust or debris that could compromise rice quality. The roller’s hardness is suitable for both dry and slightly moist paddy, preventing slippage or grain breakage under pressure. Additionally, the rollers feature standardized end fittings for quick replacement, reducing machine downtime during maintenance.

3. TECHNICAL NOTES

Rubber rolls should be replaced after 700–1,000 operating hours, depending on usage conditions. Avoid processing paddy with excessive moisture, as it can accelerate surface wear and reduce grip efficiency. Regularly clean off dust or bran build-up to maintain effective grain contact during husking.
Store rubber rollers in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve material longevity.
