1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS

Thanks to its effective antistatic capability and stable conductivity, Polygram ESD plastic is widely used in environments with strict static control requirements such as PCB trays, electronic components, medical device housings, and aerospace parts. It is also suitable for producing load-bearing components in the automotive, mechanical, and industrial sectors that require anti-interference and heat resistance.

2. TECHNICAL NOTES

To achieve optimal performance, control raw material moisture before processing and maintain stable mold temperature throughout production. Avoid high-speed molding or contamination with foreign particles, as this may reduce antistatic effectiveness. Ensure molds are clean and free of grease, and use injection machines capable of precisely controlling pressure, temperature, and cycle time.
The product should be stored in its original, sealed packaging in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Do not stack excessively and avoid placing near heat sources or high humidity areas.
