    Pigment Fast Violet RL – P.V.23 is a Dioxazine group pigment, characterized by a deep, pure purple color and excellent opacity. It offers high color strength and uniform dispersion due to its fine particle size below 5 microns. With a lightfastness rating of 8/8 and heat resistance up to 250°C, it exhibits excellent stability in UV, water, solvent, and powder coating environments. The pigment achieves maximum resistance to acids, alkalis, alcohol, soaps, and solvents. Its oil absorption ranges from 40–50 ml/100g, making it suitable for formulations requiring stable color and cost efficiency. This is one of the products distributed by Vichem, an authorized ZEALAN distributor in Vietnam.

    1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS 

    P.V.23 is used in industrial coatings, coil coatings, powder coatings, and water-based paints. It is also suitable for offset inks, UV inks, water-based inks, textile printing pastes, and coloring PVC, polyolefin (PO), polyurethane (PU), and synthetic fibers.

    2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

    Disperse using a ball mill or high-speed mixing equipment for optimal fineness. For water-based systems, adjust the pH to 5.0–6.0. Use non-ionic or anionic dispersants compatible with the resin system.

    3. TECHNICAL NOTES

    Not recommended for biodegradable plastic systems. Test lightfastness for long-term outdoor applications. Avoid combining with strong oxidizing agents.
