1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
XT-1250 talc powder functions effectively as a mineral filler in plastic formulations, helping to enhance mechanical strength and reduce production costs. In the paint industry, it improves coverage, enhances anti-settling properties, and supports pigment dispersion. With its neutral pH and safe composition, the product is also used in industrial rubber and certain non-irritating skin-contact applications.
2. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
XT-1250 talc powder can be directly incorporated into plastic, rubber, coating, or colorant formulations during mixing or extrusion processes. A high-speed mixer or suitable blending equipment should be used to ensure even dispersion. Depending on the application, the dosage can be flexibly adjusted to optimize features such as hardness, heat resistance, or surface coverage.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
XT-1250 should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area, avoiding direct exposure to moisture to maintain its fineness and stability. During handling, appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves, masks, and safety goggles should be worn to minimize inhalation of fine dust.
If it comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Do not mix talc powder with strong acidic compounds unless specific technical guidance is provided, to avoid unwanted chemical reactions.
