1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
SD-9271 is widely used as an efficient functional filler in various technical formulations thanks to its ability to improve mechanical properties and product stability. In engineering plastics, it increases rigidity, controls shrinkage, and enhances geometric stability.
In the paint and coating industry, SD-9271 helps improve coverage, boost adhesion, and enhance surface smoothness. In adhesive and composite systems, the product stabilizes structure, improves additive dispersion, and optimizes production cost. Additionally, thanks to its excellent heat resistance and low-friction properties, SD-9271 is also used in applications requiring high abrasion resistance.
2. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
TALC SD-9271 should be incorporated into the formulation during the dispersion or extrusion stage. Use of high-speed mixers or dispersing equipment is recommended to achieve optimal distribution. The recommended dosage depends on the specific application purpose and required performance characteristics.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
The product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from sunlight and high humidity, to preserve its fineness and color. During handling, personal protective equipment such as masks, goggles, and gloves should be worn to prevent inhalation of fine dust. Talc should not be mixed with highly reactive substances (especially acids) without expert technical guidance.
