1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
SD-1250 talc powder is used as a filler in many industries thanks to its excellent dispersibility, high aesthetic value, and superior mechanical strength. In engineering plastics, it enhances rigidity, reduces shrinkage, improves heat resistance, and increases tensile strength. In coatings and industrial surface finishes, SD-1250 contributes to better coverage, gloss control, anti-settling performance, and surface smoothness.
In adhesives and composite materials, it helps stabilize product structure, optimize costs while maintaining mechanical performance. Additionally, with its anti-friction and high stability properties, SD-1250 is also applied in products that require good abrasion resistance.
2. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
SD-1250 can be added during the initial or intermediate mixing stages. High-speed mixing equipment is recommended to ensure optimal dispersion performance.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
The product should be stored in a dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight to maintain particle size stability and brightness. During handling, gloves, masks, and protective eyewear should be worn to avoid inhalation of dust. Talc should not be mixed with highly reactive substances such as acids without specific guidance. After use, equipment should be properly cleaned to prevent residue buildup.
