1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
BHS-818T is used as a mineral filler to improve durability, hardness, and heat resistance in engineering plastics and industrial rubber products. In the field of coatings, the product improves adhesion, reduces pigment consumption, and enhances surface smoothness. In addition, with its whiteness and neutral pH, BHS-818T talc powder is also chosen for cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulations as it does not irritate the skin.
2. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
BHS-818T talc powder can be directly blended into plastic, rubber, coating, or colorant formulations during the mixing stage. For optimal dispersion, a high-speed stirrer or a mechanical mixing system suited to each specific application should be used. Depending on the intended use, the dosage can be flexibly adjusted to optimize properties such as hardness, heat resistance, or surface coverage.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
Talc powder should be stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, avoiding direct contact with moisture and sunlight to maintain its fineness and product stability. During storage and use, the powder must not come into contact with water or humidity to prevent clumping, which can affect mixing efficiency.
When handling, users should wear gloves, masks, and protective goggles to minimize inhalation of fine dust. If the powder comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Additionally, talc powder should not be mixed with strong acidic substances unless specific technical guidance is provided, to avoid unwanted chemical reactions.
