T6500 SL/CF is a multifunctional engine oil additive package formulated with high-activity components such as detergents, dispersants, antioxidants, and corrosion inhibitors. It appears as a brown, viscous liquid that blends easily with base oils while maintaining excellent stability. Developed through thorough formulation research, T6500 SL/CF meets the performance requirements of multiple API categories including SL, SJ, and SG, making it suitable for manufacturing both gasoline and diesel engine oils. 1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
T6500 SL/CF is used to produce high-performance engine oils with excellent dispersancy and cleanliness, even under severe operating conditions. The additive offers strong detergency at high temperatures, improves oxidation resistance, and extends the service life of finished oils. Depending on the targeted API classification, the recommended treat rate ranges from 4.2% to 5.8%. The product is especially suitable for lubricant manufacturers seeking formulation flexibility and effective cost control.
2. TECHNICAL NOTES
T6500 SL/CF should be stored in tightly sealed containers in a dry, ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Storage temperatures should not exceed 50°C, and transportation temperatures should remain below 60°C to maintain additive stability. Prior to mass production, compatibility with the selected base oil should be verified through standard testing methods such as ASTM or GB. Do not use concurrently with other additives containing unidentified reactive components unless compatibility has been confirmed through testing.
