1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
SmartWhite™ is suitable for both commercial and export-oriented rice mills, especially for premium rice types requiring high whiteness such as fragrant rice, long-grain varieties, and glossy glutinous rice. It is commonly used in bran removal–whitening lines serving high-end domestic markets and export destinations such as South Korea, the Middle East, and other Asian regions.
2. KEY FEATURES
SmartWhite™ DRWD stands out for its deep-whitening capability while maintaining a high whole-kernel yield, enabled by an optimized rotor and abrasive system. The whitening chamber is equipped with dual-end airflow, ensuring efficient bran separation and stable internal temperature during operation. A reversible feed screw extends component life and minimizes clogging risks during rice feeding.
The machine features a user-friendly control interface, allowing easy pressure adjustments for different rice types—even by operators with basic technical skills. Additionally, all screens and abrasive wheels are designed for quick disassembly, reducing downtime during cleaning, maintenance, and part replacement.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
Operate the machine with rice at 13–14% moisture content for optimal results. Do not feed rice with large contaminants or localized high moisture, as this may cause clumping and chamber blockage. Adjust pressure plates according to grain type to avoid uneven whitening or over-processing. Periodically inspect abrasive wheels, feed screws, and suction airflow components to maintain stable performance.
