Pigment Orange RN – P.O.5 belongs to the Naphthol group. It exhibits a yellowish-orange hue with high brightness, suitable for various ink and coating formulations. It offers excellent color strength, heat resistance up to 150°C, and lightfastness rated at 7/8. Its resistance to acids, alkalis, soaps, and solvents is rated at 4/5. With a particle size under 5 microns, it disperses easily. The oil absorption ranges from 30–40 ml/100g, ensuring color stability across different media. 1. PRODUCT APPLICATION

2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Disperse using a high-speed mixer or basket mill. For water-based systems, adjust the pH to 4.0–5.0. Use dispersants compatible with the base resin to enhance color development efficiency.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
Avoid using in systems requiring prolonged outdoor light exposure. Test color stability when combined with reducing additives. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from moisture.
