Pigment Permanent Orange RL – P.O.34 belongs to the Disazo Pyrazolone group. This product features a strong reddish-orange hue with low transparency, ideal for formulations requiring high opacity. It offers a lightfastness rating of 6/8, good weather resistance suitable for outdoor coatings, and heat stability up to 180°C. Its resistance to acids, alkalis, alcohol, and solvents is rated at 4/5. With a fine particle size under 5 microns and oil absorption of 40–50 ml/100g, it disperses easily in various plastic and ink systems. 2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Disperse using a high-speed mixer or basket mill. For water-based systems, adjust the pH to 6.0–7.0. Non-ionic dispersants can be used to ensure long-term color stability.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
Not recommended for systems requiring transparency. Test color stability for long-term outdoor applications. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, avoiding moisture exposure.
