VC806S is a high-lead-content stabilizer (87.5–90.5% PbO), specially formulated for rigid PVC compounds requiring maximum thermal stability and excellent anti-aging performance under harsh processing conditions. With SO₃ content from 0–7%, low volatility (≤ 0.6%), and minimal residue on sieve (≤ 0.6%), the product ensures high purity and prevents buildup or sedimentation, maintaining stable performance throughout the extrusion and melting process. 1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
VC806S is used in PVC products requiring superior heat resistance and chemical stability, such as high-pressure rigid pipes, technical-grade sheets, long-cycle profile extrusion, and formulations requiring anti-yellowing, anti-shrinkage, and outdoor aging resistance. It is particularly suited for industries such as electrical, water supply and drainage, and premium building materials.
2. TECHNICAL NOTES
The product should be well dispersed before heating to ensure uniformity and maximize stabilization performance. Recommended dosage is 2–4 phr depending on the specific formulation. Due to its high lead content, strict adherence to occupational safety and emission control regulations is required during handling and post-processing.
Store VC806S in sealed packaging, in a dry area away from direct sunlight and humidity. Always reseal the bag after use to prevent moisture absorption and surface degradation. Keep away from strong oxidizing chemicals and flammable materials.
