1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
Fast Yellow 10G – P.Y.3 is widely used in water-based decorative paints, industrial coatings, powder coatings, and water-based printing inks. 2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Fast Yellow 10G – P.Y.3 should be dispersed using a high-speed mixer, bead mill, or dedicated mixing equipment to achieve optimal fineness and uniform particle distribution. It is recommended to use suitable dispersing agents compatible with the base ink or paint system. The pigment dosage generally ranges from 1–10%, depending on the required shade and product characteristics.
3. TECHNICAL NOTES
The pigment should be stored in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and high humidity to maintain its stability and dispersibility. Avoid mixing Fast Yellow 10G – P.Y.3 with strong oxidizing agents without prior compatibility testing. During handling, wear appropriate personal protective equipment including mask, gloves, and goggles to minimize exposure to fine dust. While the product offers good lightfastness, outdoor durability should be evaluated based on specific environmental conditions.
