PEWAX VC7P is a premium powder wax external lubricant, designed with a narrow molecular weight distribution and free of volatiles or low molecular weight impurities, providing enhanced stability during thermal processing. With a low viscosity (5–15 cps at 140°C) and a melting point around 100±5°C, it is well-suited for light lubrication, particularly during the initial and middle stages of plastic processing. This is one of the product codes distributed by Vichem – the official distributor of Tiansheng in Vietnam.
1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
VC7P is widely used in industrial applications such as filler masterbatch, color masterbatch, hot melt coatings, PVC stabilizers (calcium, zinc, lead), and extruded PVC accessories. Thanks to its high compatibility and stable lubricating properties, it reduces mold friction, enhances surface gloss, and improves production efficiency.
2. TECHNICAL NOTES
VC7P blends quickly and disperses evenly in plastic matrices. For optimal performance, dosage should be adjusted according to specific formulation requirements. Do not exceed the recommended dosage to avoid adverse effects on physical properties and surface adhesion. Maintain stable equipment temperatures during extrusion or molding to maximize lubrication efficiency.
Store VC7P in sealed packaging, in a dry and cool area, away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Avoid storing near volatile chemicals or areas with abrupt temperature changes. Follow the FIFO (first in – first out) principle to preserve product stability and longevity during use.
