VC110A is a refined wax-type external lubricant with a high melting point (~110°C), stable viscosity, and a narrow molecular weight distribution, enhancing heat resistance during PVC thermal processing. Free from volatile components and low-molecular-weight impurities, the product does not cause sedimentation or toxic smoke and maintains lubricating efficiency in the final stages of production. This is one of the product codes distributed by Vichem – Tiansheng’s official distributor in Vietnam.
1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
VC110A is widely used in the plastics industry, especially for PVC-based products such as pipes, sheets, cladding boards, masterbatch, WPC/SPC, profiles, and calcium/zinc stabilizer accessories. It is also well compatible with lead-based stabilizers or modified PVC systems, ensuring surface gloss and mechanical stability after extrusion.
2. TECHNICAL NOTES
During use, VC110A should be uniformly dispersed in the plastic mixture before being fed into extrusion or molding equipment. Avoid exceeding the recommended dosage to maintain the mechanical properties of the final product. A stable processing temperature and viscosity control should be maintained to achieve optimal surface finish performance.
Store the product in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and high heat sources. VC110A should be kept in sealed packaging to prevent moisture absorption and used according to the FIFO (first in – first out) principle to ensure the stability of its physical and chemical properties.
