1. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
Disperse dyes are widely used for dyeing polyester fibers, synthetic fibers such as nylon, acetate, acrylic, and blended fabrics. Thanks to their high compatibility, these dyes are suitable for various modern dyeing technologies including high-temperature high-pressure (HTHP) dyeing, pressure dyeing, sublimation printing, and digital printing. With their color fastness, even dyeing performance, and ecological safety, disperse dyes are particularly favored in export garments, fashion, sportswear, protective clothing, home textiles, and technical textiles.

2.1. Low-energy Disperse Dyes
Formulated to meet various technical requirements in polyester dyeing, these are cost-effective dyes with good compatibility. Ideal for exhaust dyeing, they offer bright colors and high fastness.
2.2. High-energy Disperse Dyes
Renowned for superior sublimation fastness, ideal for continuous dyeing and thermal printing. These dyes disperse evenly, develop full shades on the first application, and deliver stable performance in large-scale production.
2.3. High Washing Fastness Disperse Dyes
Specialized for high-wash fastness, with excellent resistance to fading and no staining on white fibers during washing. Ideal for casual wear, sportswear, and stable-colored products. In polyester/cotton blends, unfixed dye can be removed with alkali, allowing skipping of reduction clearing and optimizing the process.
2.4. Eco-Friendly Disperse Dyes
Compliant with OEKO-TEX® 100 Class I standards and ultra-low restricted substance content. Safe for users and suitable for premium export orders, these dyes offer consistent, controllable color and flexible application.
2.5. Eco-Friendly Slurry Disperse Dyes
The slurry format reduces COD by 40–70%, cutting wastewater treatment costs. Compared to powder, it reduces up to 600kg of solid waste, supporting green manufacturing. With high dyeing efficiency, it is ideal for continuous lines and automated systems.
2.6. High Strength Disperse Dyes
Featuring twice the color strength, allowing ≥50% dosage reduction while ensuring rich shades and excellent fastness. This is a cost-saving solution for deep color batches requiring uniformity.
2.7. General Series Disperse Dyes
A standard line with full shade range from low to high energy, flexibly meeting basic dyeing and printing needs. Economical and easy to use, compatible with various fabrics and equipment, ideal for high-volume and diverse production.
2.8. High Light Fastness Disperse Dyes
Designed for products requiring superior light and wash fastness, meeting strict standards of outdoor brands and automotive industries. Maintains stable color under intense light and harsh conditions—ideal for jackets, car seats, and advanced technical textiles.
2.9. Luminous Series Disperse Dyes
Delivering vivid, glowing effects, ideal for high-end fashion, reflective uniforms, stage costumes, and standout prints. With strong luminescence and broad shade range, these dyes combine visual impact with high colorfastness and technical performance.
2.10. General Series Disperse Dyes
A general-purpose line with complete energy levels, fulfilling polyester dyeing and printing requirements. With comprehensive shades, cost-effectiveness, and high flexibility, they are suitable for HTHP dyeing, thermal dyeing, and sublimation printing—ideal for varied, large-scale production.
3. TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES
Disperse dyes are known for their high fastness to washing, light, and perspiration. They provide uniform color development and batch-to-batch stability while reducing cost due to high dyeing efficiency. Many series are eco-friendly, lowering COD and sludge. Compatible with high-pressure dyeing machines, thermal printing systems, and continuous dyeing lines.
4. TECHNICAL NOTES
Choose the appropriate dye series based on shade requirement, dyeing process, and equipment. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or high heat. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions during preparation and application. For slurry dyes, stir well before use to ensure uniformity. Test fabric compatibility for blends or special-functional textiles.
